CSCC Reunion – Nov 2, 2023

Good afternoon!

First of all, many thanks to those of you who came out to our Last Kick at the Pumpkin lapping event at Rocky Mountain Motorsports on Saturday, with special appreciation to those who provided instruction, volunteered, or came out to support. The weather was glorious and it was a lot of fun. It was our last “fair weather” event but don’t put the cars away yet because we’ve got a couple of rallyes coming up, plus there’s winter autoX on December 2 at Namaka Motorsports (more on that as it develops) and Ice Dice beginning in January on Lake MacGregor. We’re not afraid of a bit of weather now, are we. Get out the studded tires!!

 

Secondly! We are holding a reunion, which will happen after our (short) business meeting on Thursday, November 2, 7:30pm, at the clubhouse (4215-80 Ave NE). EVERYONE is welcome, of course, but we are in search of those folks who have been members in the past or are long-time members who may not receive these e-mails.

 

Please help us to spread the word because we don’t want anyone left out of an invitation. We will be celebrating not only those who have helped build the Calgary Sports Car Club for the past decades but also our upcoming 70th year anniversary (1954-1924).
