Annual General Meeting – Nov 8
Due to a few work schedule conflicts on the executive, we will be holding the CSCC AGM on November 8 at 7:30pm at the Calgary Sports Car Club clubhouse, 4215 – 80th Avenue NE. The October 4 meeting will be a usual informational meeting.
This elections meeting will be to nominate and elect candidates for vacant positions in the Calgary Sports Car Club, namely for the Director’s listed below.

Treasurer
Rally Director
Solo Director
Rallycross Director
Road Race Director
As per the latest revision of the Club’s Bylaws (2015), 14 days notice is required to inform the members. Nominations will be accepted up to 3 days prior to the meeting, and proxy votes / ballots will be taken up until the day of the meeting. We ask for your attendance and support of the club and our future endeavors.
