Special Elections Meeting – Now November 16

Hello,

Due to a few busy schedules, we will be holding a special elections meeting that accompanies the CSCC AGM of October. This elections meeting will be to nominate and elect candidates for vacant positions in the Calgary Sports Car Club, namely for the Autoslalom Director and President. We will also be addressing the roles of the Rally Director, Road Race Director, Rallycross director, Treasurer, and potentially a Time Attack director. It will be held on Thursday, November 16th at 7:30pm at the Calgary Sports Car Club clubhouse.

As per the latest revision of the Club’s Bylaws (2015), 14 days notice is required to inform the members. Nominations will be accepted up to 3 days prior to the meeting, and proxy votes / ballots will be taken up until the day of the meeting. We ask for your attendance and support of the club and our future endeavors.
