January meeting and revised bylaws

IMPORTANT MEETING!
We have sent out the new proposed by-laws of the Calgary Sports Car Club and a proxy sheet to all current member’s email addresses. These new bylaws will update the procedures of the club to be more modern, but we need a high turnout of members to attain quorum to vote on them.

Please read the updated bylaws and join us at our club meeting on January 7th to vote. If you are unable to attend in person, kindly select a proxy and submit the included form to Penny as soon as possible!

The club bylaws are outdated and we need to pass them to bring them into the 21st century!
